On the work

A poet, born 1965 in Bamberg, now living near Nuremberg, he has spent his life with language and art. Most of his drawings arose on their own, without planning or sketches. The artist made what he was compelled to make; the pictures created themselves and needed him only for their meticulous, patient execution. Many of his works take a surrealist manner, showing us worlds we have not yet recognised, worlds still unknown to us.
